ANNUAL GREEN COUNTRY SPYDER JAMBOREE LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that operating or riding as a passenger on a three-wheeled motor vehicle (including but not limited to Can-Am Spyders and Rykers) during the Annual Green Country Spyder Jamboree (“Event”) carries inherent, significant risks. These risks include property damage, severe physical injury, paralysis, or death. These hazards may arise from road infrastructure, surface conditions (oil, gravel, rain), weather, mechanical failure, routing, high-density group riding configurations, or the actions/negligence of other participants and spectators. I voluntarily choose to participate and expressly assume all risks associated with this Event, both known and unknown.

2. COVENANT NOT TO SUE & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration for being permitted to register, attend, and participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue the Spyder Riders of Broken Arrow, its club officers, event directors, ride captains, coordinators, road guards, volunteers, sponsors, and owners/lessees of any premises used to host or stage Event activities (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”). This release applies to any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for personal injury, wrongful death, or property loss arising out of my participation, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. OPERATOR WARRANTIES AND COMPLIANCE: If operating a vehicle, I warrant and certify that:
– I possess a valid driver’s license with a legally recognized motorcycle endorsement valid in the State of Oklahoma and any states traveled during the Event.
– My vehicle is covered by a valid liability insurance policy meeting or exceeding Oklahoma state financial responsibility statutes.
– My three-wheeled vehicle is in safe, legal operating condition.
– I will strictly obey all local traffic regulations, Oklahoma road laws, and safety commands issued by Event ride captains.
– I will not operate any vehicle under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or illegal or impairing medications during any scheduled group ride or staging sequence.

4. PASSENGER & MINOR PROVISIONS: If I am registering a passenger or minor, I certify that I have the legal authority to sign this binding release on their behalf. By completing this registration, they are equally bound by all terms, assumptions of risk, and liability releases outlined in this agreement.

5. MEDIA RELEASE: I grant the Spyder Riders of Broken Arrow permission to use my likeness, voice, and vehicle images captured via photo or video during the Event for promotional, website, or social media publications without compensation.

6. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By ticking the confirmation box and submitting this WPForms registration, I acknowledge that my electronic action constitutes a legally binding digital signature under the Oklahoma Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) and the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (E-SIGN) Act.
